一定不能受传统思维的影响，认为只有词汇、语法、阅读等是基础而忽视了口语的重要性。因为英语口语的学习不仅能激发学生对综合英语的兴趣，而且与词汇、语法、阅读、翻译等方面相辅相成，相互促进。在日常交际中，口语更加重要。总之，改变传统英语教学思维，重视口语应该引起广大教师的重视。 针对课时紧张的现状，英语教师可采用“融入式”教学。
