今天，我参加“业务知识考试”。试卷发下来时，我发现准备的一些内容根本没考到：我本来准备了一张的填空题，结果试卷里一个也没有。选择题全部是书外的，考核的是平时教学信息的积累；简答题、论述题有一些是我认为不可能考到的，偏偏在卷中出现了；案例题，我根据教学工作中的经验用自己的话写了一些，不知能得多少分；“教育随笔”我感觉写的不错，可惜时间仓促，把题目忘了写，不知改卷老师能否手下留情，多给我一些分数。总之考得没有我预估的那么理想。想想我一个成人，一个老师，在考试中也犯了一些无谓的失误，更何况小学生呢！回想我们平时对学生在试卷中的错误严厉批评，甚至冷嘲热讽，大可不必。“要帮助，不要教训”这句话说的就是我现在的心声...
