I am writing this letter to give you an update about our research development project. I am glad to inform you that I he pleted more than seventy percent of research work on exploring new source of alternative fuels in a span of just three years. I expect to plete my entire research work by the end of 20XX.

I he successfully conducted research work in harnessing solar energy in motor vehicles. I he developed a special anic pound which can be used as alternative source of energy by mixing it gasoline in a fixed ratio. I am enclosing the relevant details about the progress of the research development work with this letter. Currently I am working on the possibility of using human waste as alternative fuel to run small cars.
