外企的面试一般分为两部分，英语水平面试及专业水平的面试。只有通过了英语水平测试，才能进入到下一轮的面试，且不同公司和不同职位对应聘者的测试内容不同。如果是内倾性职位，即更多的工作是局限在公司内部，不涉及或很少涉及对外业务合作的洽谈等，只会进行一般的口语及写作测试。口语围绕自我介绍、职业规划、对本公司的印象、对本职位的期望等方面展开。而写作即会模拟公司内部沟通的场景，写一篇英文邮件。

而如果是外向型职位，英语水平测试就比较难了。比如说有全英文的心理测试题、职业倾向测试题、逻辑分析题等。还是建议你报班学习，据说北京新东方的商务英语班就很不错，在授课过程中将提供大量模拟练习，全面提升学员的商务英语实战技巧。如果一个应聘者的其他能力很高，但是英语水平相当一般，部门经理和人事在考核的时候，就不会给应聘者太高的职位。因为职位越高，意味着和总公司的合作机会越多。
