在ie里，选择“工具”-internet选项-internet临时文件（设置）-察看文件，就能打开缓存文件夹。C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

通常在网络上看到的视频都是flv格式的，右键选择按文件类型排列，找到以.flv格式结尾的文件，就是在某些在线视频网站看到的视频了，需要特殊的播放器来播放。

如果是其他的视频文件，如wmv,rm的，可以直接复制到其他文件夹，然后播放了。
