Foreign researchers state that the best time for exercises is 8-12 in the morning and 14-17 in the afternoon. During these period the speed, strength and endurance of muscle is relative stable in comparison to the fast changing physical status in a whole 24 hours day. Exercise should be appropriate no matter when you do it. And you are never too old to do the exercise. The body-wide movement such as swimming, jogging and walking is more suitable for taking exercises, especially to the elders.
