Objective: To study an effective postoperative treatment for anorectal diseases to relieve pain, edema and promote healing of the wounds.Methods: 516 anorectal postoperative patients were randomized into two arms as treatment arm and the controlled one. Cases in the treatment arm were directly sprayed anti-bacterial aerosol after cleaning their wounds, while those in the controlled arm were given conventional dressing.
