As is known to us all,smoking is harmful to people's health. Those who smoke too much may not live long or have very bad condition of health. It is reported that millions of people die from smoking each year.

Smoking contributes to large quantities of illnesses. Those who are addicated to smoking may get many sorts of ilnesses such as having bad teeth, bad cough, heart desease, lung cancer and so on. Among them is lung cancer which is the most serious illness that many people suffer from and lose their lives.

Not only does smoking do great harm to smokers but also it is bad for non-smokers, especially women and kids. They may get harmed because of the polluted air dueto smoke caused by cigarrettes. So the second-hand or the third-hand smoke cannot be ignored, whose ill affection is not any less than that of the first-hand smoke.

In conclussion, smoking isn't beneficial to people's health at all. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, all the smokers should give up smoking, a bad habbit, for themselves and also for those people around them. Let people all over the world enjoy fresh and clean air and have a good health! Stop smoking right away!

No Smoking

At present, many teenagers smoke. I don't think it's a good phenomenon. It must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.

First, smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, it's so difficult to give up, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which can get us into the habit of smoking. When we go without nicotine, our bodies will feel sick.

Second, smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill ourselves as well as burn down our houses, for burning cigarette ends may cause a big fire. And if we threw the cigarette ends anywhere, it would also cause a fire disaster.

Furthermore, once we smoke in public, we may make other people feel uncomfortable as well.

Accordingly, for the sake of your and others' health, please don't smoke.
