我们都知道中国的商业诚信度较低，各行各业都在打假，面试时我也有幸碰到一家，以飨读者！这是一家座落于斜土路上之俊大厦上的一个公司，它在对外的宣传上一直强调是美国英飞拓上海代表处，面试我的是一个带眼睛的销售部经理。
说心里话，我对这位黑面官的印象真的还不坏，有着一股年青人才有的冲劲和职业人拥有的果断，但是随着我和他继续深入的交流后，我发现这个公司与我的经历实在不能匹配，虽然自己心里已经有了结论，但是还是怀着一丝好奇，想通过这个面官，看看欧典背后的故事！
这是一家完完全全由本土老板本土管理并经营的一家小公司，老板常年在国外休假；
生产基地主要在深圳的工厂里，听说市场上卖的也还不错；
公司内没有丝毫的英文环境，还停留在手工考勤打卡并可能扣工钱的时代；
新进销售不仅没有便携机，而且连新的台式机都没有，这里有一个规矩，说是新电脑买回来要给老员工用，老员工淘汰的机器留给新人！！！
这里的所谓的销售工程师还停留在月薪1500左右的民工水平！
也许您看了上面觉得也没什么嘛，中国大把的这样小假洋鬼子公司，我想您看了下面这条后就不会这么想了:
所有销售工程师必需正规大学本科以上学历，有工作经历，并且学历学位证书需要在入职前进行公证！！！
我想这是对两个名称的公开侮辱：一个是美国，100多美元就想来招员工？另一个就是工程师的称谓！这也是我非常想把这个case说出来最大的原因！
印象：
1、李鬼公司自然该打，一个在名称方面大作表面文章的公司，他的产品想必水份也很大！
2、面试时一定要睁大眼睛，注意细节：考勤打卡机、前台桌面文档的签名、会议室或老板房间门的铭牌、便携电脑的配置都是可以看出公司文化的。
