自我认知

一出题思路：

自我认知类试题主要从考生自我性格特点、优缺点或面对一些基本问题的看法及观点等方面进行考查。考查的核心是考查求职者是否有一个正确的、明确的、积极的、值得信赖的目的，是否有一个健康的、向上的、成熟的、经得起考验的良好心态，是否有一个端正的、合理的做事态度。

每个人都有三个自我：1、真正的我；2、自己眼中的我；3、别人眼中的我。三个自我是很难一致的。“知人者智，知己者明”，客观、科学的自我认知是更加困难的。

二答题基本原则：

考生在回答此类问题时要坚持实事求是，说老实话；谦虚谨慎、自信自强、自圆其说；思想境界要高，要有宽容的心；要有层次，简单的问题不能简单的回答；不能只说优点不说缺点，但缺点又不能说那些致命的缺点。

三答题套路：

主要围绕“性格健全+正直（宽容）+团队精神+学习能力”这些基本素质，说明自己适合做一名公务员，对领导要强调尊重、服从；对同事强调尊重、协调；对人民和事业要强调热诚服务、艰苦奋斗、勤勉敬业、甘于奉献、学习创新……

As a matter of fact, however, gender is no longer a barrier hindering Chinese men from joining the nursing field.I'm Xu Lingzhi ,17-year-old,is studying nursing at Harbin's Secondary Health School. When I was in primary school and middle school, boys and girls accounted for 50% respectively in class, but now only two out of 50 students in my class are boys. This made me feel uneasy when I just started my study here and many of my relatives and friends regard male nurse strange.My name is Steven CheungI hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The course has provided me the formal training necessary to be a nurse.Besides, I possess ten years of extensive experience ranging from Nursing Assistant to Nursing Supervisor at XYZ Hospital. My responsibilities include patient assessment and staff development, as well as the coordination of other health care services suchas dietary, food nutrition, physical therapy and pharmacy.I believe my strong clinical background and experience make me a valuable asset to your hospital.
