I am employed but not very happy in my current situation. Id like some advice on how to look for a job while Im working. I feel guilty taking time out of my workday to go to a job interview.

Its healthy to always be meeting people, working, and thinking and talking about what else is possible for you in your career. Just because you are working for a pany doesnt mean you are married forever to that position or your employer.

Theres no need to feel guilty about keeping your professional options open and your career on track. Keeping yourself in the game sharpens your skill set, which ultimately makes you a better employee, even in your current job. Unlike in your personal life, the concept of looking around while youre already spoken for is perfectly fine. Its understood that you are always allowed to date prospective employers.

However, while every smart employer understands that this is the way the world works, I would remend that you dont talk openly about it to people in the pany because it would be considered juicy gossip that will make its way around the office quickly. Although there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking an hour or so away from the office for personal reasons every now and then, its not a bad idea to try to schedule your job interviews early in the morning, during lunch, or right after work. That way you wont feel unfortable missing work. and you wont draw attention to yourself.

So my advice is to always be open for what else is possible for you in your career. Keeping your options open helps you maintain a level of excellence in your work, and feeling marketable helps you do a great job in your current position as well as your future endeors.

经常约约人，上上网，经常思考，及与人谈论关于你工作中可能发生的一些事情是非常有益的。为一家公司工作，并不代表你永远的把自己奉献给了你的工作或是你的老板。

没必要为保留一定得工作余地或寻找其他的工作而感到愧疚。保持这样的一种状态可增强你的技术能力，最终会使你成为一名非常优秀的员工，即使是对于你目前的工作来说也是如此。这与你个人生活不同，在职找工作这样的观念很好。当然，你有权力与你未来的老板约会。

聪明老板都知道世界就是这样的，不过我建议你不要把这告诉给你的同事，因为一旦你说出去了，我敢保证很快整个公司上下都会知道这件事。尽管偶尔在办公期间请一两个小时的事假没什么大不了的，但是还是把面试时间安排在早晨，午餐时间或是下班后会比较好。这样你就不会因为耽误工作而觉得不舒服了，同时别人也不会注意你了。

所以，我的建议就是跟人多谈谈你工作中其他一些可能发生的事情。给自己留有一定余地有助使你工作中保持卓越的状态，并且要感觉自己很抢手，有助于你在现任工作及将来的尝试中表现出色。
