1、模具设计，工艺编排；模具跟进及现场处理；修（改）模方案的处理；试模跟进及模具优化；机械零件的设计与生产跟进等； 1. Mold design, technical arrangement; following up of mold situation and management at the scene; deciding methods of fixing(changing)mold; mold testing and optimization;design of machinery spare parts and production following up, etc.

2、数控编程，并征对不同零件的材料和形状编制合适程序和选择合适刀具进行加工； 2. Numeral control programming, writing appropriate programs according to the shape and material of different spare parts and choosing appropriate knife tools to process.

3、新产品的试作、书写加工工艺，根据现场加工工艺产生问题时的对应，提出解决方案； 3. Test of new products, writing of working processes, bringing up with solutions to solve problems in processing at the scene.

4、新产品的试模、产品的跟踪、批产后的持续改进、跟踪顾客认可问题等工作； 4. Mold test of new parts, products following up, continiously improvement of products after batch production, getting products feedbacks from customers, etc.

5、根据客户所提供样品进行实测绘制3D图和工程图、根据客户实体出工程图和客户图纸抄图，根据客户需求，绘制合理的业务类、生产类图纸，确定产品的各类技术参数，并填写材料清单；协助其他工程师完成开发和设计项目。 5.
